• Go to the nearest branch near you
• Go to the officer in charge for opening savings account
(You can ask the guard if needed)
• Fill out the application form
(Make sure to double or even triple check the information you provided)
• Submit your 2 valid IDs for them to photocopy and also your billing statement
• Pay the initial deposit requirements
• Wait at least a day to 2 days for the activation process. You may claim your BDO account or passbook after 1 to 2 weeks. Ask the teller to be sure.
Important Advice: Make sure to enroll on BDO online banking to keep yourself updated with your transactions. It’s very convenient and easy to use.
